Decisive Life exists at the intersection of brain injury, healing, and hope.
Jason Lalli — TBI survivor, certified life coach, motivational speaker, published author, and bullying prevention advocate — built this platform from the inside out. After four traumatic brain injuries, he turned lived experience into a mission: to fill the gap the medical system leaves behind.
Here you’ll find a Patreon brain injury resource used by survivors, caregivers, and medical professionals; one-on-one TBI life coaching; and evidence-based bullying prevention programming for schools and youth organizations.
Brain Injury Life-Coaching Testimonials
"I really got to know Jason at a time in my life where I thought I had it figured out. I had just finished six months of an intensive outpatient program and thought I was just building my network of like-minded people.
He has an inate ability to see all parts of you. He very quickly became the best mentor and coach I've ever had. He saw and highlighted things therapists in 25 years haven't.
If you've spent years trying to get better and are frustrated in never finding the right help, you've found the right help with Jason. He shows up in the world authentically and vulnerably. He can see and name your issues because he's seen and dealt with his own. I have never met anybody more committed to healing themselves and in turn sharing the path to healing with others than Lalli.
If you're ready to finally do the work you've been hiding from yourself, reach out. It won't be easy, but it will be worth it. You are worth the effort. "

Jason is a GIFT in my life! He was able to put me on the path to recovery from my brain injury by showing up as an empathetic witness having shared some of my experiences and guided me through my big challenges by providing hope, sage wisdom and invaluable resources. Thank you Jason! You continue to be a shining beacon of light in my life and you make the world a better place to live and thrive!
Jason, Thank YOU for truly being a GIFT and LIGHT in my life!!!

"I can't quite remember how I first came across one of Jason's TBI videos, but I'm really thankful that I did. It led me to discover that he offers services as a Brain Injury Life Coach. From our very first session, it was clear that he truly understands the challenges I face with my brain injury. I've never met anyone who comprehends my personal struggles like Jason does. He has helped me learn to embrace and love my authentic self. He shares valuable tools, strategies, and advice on how to navigate my "new" life with a brain injury. I can genuinely say that Jason has been a blessing to me."

Life COaching
Online and in-person
For years I have been life coaching friends, family, co-workers, clients, and strangers. It's a true gift of mine to be able listen with the intent to understand, validate your perspective/emotions, and guide you to make productive decisions along your life's journey.
As a certified life coach I also have the following certifications; Suicide SAFEtalk, Suicide A.S.I.S.T, Greater Good Science Institute @ UC Berkeley on Social Emotional Learning, Mental Health First Aid Certified and Instructor. This training and over 700 therapies help me to show up as an empathetic witness. I can see it in you, because I had to identify and heal it in myself. I have persevered and have gained a plethora of skills and wisdom to use to guide you.

Jason Lalli
President/Executive Director
Jason Lalli didn’t plan to become a brain injury advocate. He planned to keep living the life he had.
After four traumatic brain injuries in sixteen months, that life was gone — and the medical system handed him a stack of results and sent him home without a translator. No roadmap. No warning about what was coming. No one who spoke the language of what he was actually living.
So he became that person.
Today Jason is a certified life coach, motivational speaker, published author, spoken word artist, and bullying prevention advocate based in Phoenix, Arizona. He holds certifications in Suicide SAFEtalk, Suicide A.S.I.S.T., Mental Health First Aid, and Social Emotional Learning through UC Berkeley’s Greater Good Science Institute. He has been featured by the Brain Injury Alliance of Arizona and has worked with survivors, caregivers, schools, and medical professionals across the country.
His Patreon — VulnerablyLalli — houses 125+ categorized TBI survivor videos, the TBI Butterflies podcast, a lived-experience resource guide, and more. All of it built for the person who just got handed a diagnosis and doesn’t know what comes next.
He coaches because he can see in others what he had to find in himself.
